ET-NOW’s Financial Investor Awareness Event “Investment Ki Pathshala” shares key insights on Financial Planning
The first Friday of this month witnessed a rapt audience, packed and overflowing at at641in the city, just at the close of day, to attend ET-NOW’s first-ever Financial Investor Awareness Program “Investment Ki Pathshala” in TamilNadu. The event was co-hosted by Piggy App, Investment platform; ‘By The Startups’, a Startup community based out of Coimbatore; Coimbatore Management Association (CMA); SearchnScore, IT Service Provider and Visual Birds, an Animated Video Agency.
The event’s speaker panellist included Laxmikanth Nagulapalli: Zonal Head-South, Sales & Distribution, L&T Mutual Fund and Abhishek Samal Head of Investors Awareness Program for Piggy App. Sumiit Lakhutia, popular Anchor and Senior Producer of Times Network anchored the event. Mumbai-based Tantraa Events looked after the event management.
Abhishek enlightened the audience—a mix of startup entrepreneurs, business owners, homemakers, working professionals and college students—first on the nuances of investment decisions, and then the different types of investments in India. Laxmikanth Nagulapalli spoke on the importance of mutual funds and how they are beneficial over long term with bit of early planning.
The event concluded with Q&A session and interaction with speakers followed by high tea and networking. That hard-earned money must be invested meticulously for wealth creation formed the central theme of the event that was covered live by ET-NOW. Furthermore, participants opined that more such events are needed to increase investor confidence.
