1. The chapter head and coordinators of any regional chapter must be paid members of the BTS community.
  2. Every chapter, in general, would feature a Chapter Head and two Coordinators for a stipulated period. This may vary according to the size of a chapter.
  3.  All chapter heads must represent a company—enterprise, startup, or small and medium business.
  4.  The chapter heads should dedicatedly help expand the BTS community and further its reach and values.
  5. This is achieved by requesting participants to apply for Basic Membership and subsequently upgrade to Membership. Sponsorship is always recommended.  Sincere efforts should be directed towards onboarding members for community development.
  6. No chapter head and coordinator will be paid any fixed salary, commission, or fee, or commercials of any form for onboarding basic members, and converting them into paid members. Remember that this position conferred on you is only on a voluntary basis, decided on merit and performance. 
  7. All chapter heads and coordinators will be nominated through an interview process conducted by our mentor panel online.
  8. The chapter heads and coordinators will be selected based on their professional experience, qualifications, a basic understanding of the ecosystem, sound attitude, and leadership skills.
  9. The chapter heads will be rotated for a fixed period (which will be decided by the respective chapters).
  10. The chapter heads should add new non-members of any recently concluded networking or training sessions to the community’s WA groups without fail, and maintain a database for reference. Efforts must be taken to convert non-members (basic members) to Paid members.
  11. Time is a precious commodity. Every meet and training session, whether online or offline, must commence and end on time. The total duration of any meet for effectiveness is 1.30 mins.
  12. The general order of organizing a meetup is as follows: 1.  BTS Community Invocation 2. Manifesto 3. Community Intro (3 mins)  4. Speaker Intro (3 mins) 5. Talk (30 mins)  6. Participants’ Intro (Profiles – 2 mins; Rest – 1 min) 7. Refreshments plus one-on-one networking (20 mins)
  13. The general order of organizing a training session is as follows: 1.  BTS Community Invocation 2. Manifesto 3. Community Intro (3 mins)  4. Speaker Intro (3 mins) 5. Talk (As required)  6. Participants’ Intro (Profiles – 2 mins; Rest – 1 min) 7. Refreshments plus one-on-one networking.  There is no fixed duration for any training session.
