Rajeswari’s previous experience working as an Accountant, Sr. HR Executive & Manager, and GST Consultant helped to start RG Associates, which helps solve GST, Accounting, documentation, bookkeeping, banking, and reconciliation-related issues effectively. Dindigul, the hometown of the founder, an important industrial and educational hub in South Tamil Nadu, and home to different manufacturing industries, has also produced several startups. Rajeswari, who has an MBA in Human Resource Management, says, “There is a huge business potential in the southern part of the state that is not discussed enough· I see this role as a perfect fit for my career goals.
